We experienced content rendering issues for a very select set of consumers related to Akamai's Content Delivery Network (CDN). The issue was identified and fixed yesterday (Dec. 10, 2020) at 5:45pm EST.
Who was affected?: Consumers who visited a Creator experience on your site between 3:00-6:00pm ET yesterday, December 10th AND returned to the same Creator experience between 6:00pm ET Dec 10 – 6pm Dec 11th AND has the Creator files cached on their browser. Consumers must meet all three criteria to have experienced the disruption. All other consumers will see Creator content rendering exactly as expected.
