Below is a list of frequently asked questions that we receive about the new Editor, but please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team with any questions of your own!

- Please contact your Customer Success Manager (or support@zmags.com if you are unsure who your CSM is) and they can work with our product team to get you set up from there!
- Can multiple people edit the same Experience at the same time inside of the new Editor?

- How do I add my own custom fonts to the new Editor?
- As of May 2023, if you'd like to add any fonts to your account, please contact your CSM and our support team, and we will handle that for you. In the future, you will be able to upload your own font files whenever you'd like, but our team is handling that for customers for the time being.
- How do I create a Component inside of an Experience?
- Components are a Widget or group of Widgets that you can save as objects in your library to easily re-use throughout your Experience or other Experiences (more documentation on this coming soon, but the following article is a great start). To make a Component, simply select your Widget or highlight a group of them, then right click and select "Create Component". This will place the Component in your Assets tab (in the top left corner of the Editor) for you to quickly access and use again!
- I have uploaded an animated GIF into the new Editor, but it is showing as a static image - why is that?
- Unfortunately, this has to do with how Google Chrome renders GIFs, so this should not happen in any other web browser. On top of that, your GIF should still be animated as expected when you Preview/Publish your Experience (regardless of browser).
